Man Accused Of Selling Bogus Backstage Passes To AUDIOSLAVE
May 4, 2005According to WNBC.com, a South Dakota man was busted in Morris County (New Jersey) on charges of selling bogus backstage passes that allegedly would get fans up close and personal with the rock group AUDIOSLAVE.
Anthony Eagle, of Sioux Falls, is charged with receiving stolen property, forgery, criminal simulation and possession of forgery devices.
Police checking the license plate of his car while it was idling in a Hanover hotel parking lot found a box of blank passes and a device used to make them.
AUDIOSLAVE's members include Chris Cornell, who was formerly in the grunge band SOUNDGARDEN, and Tom Morello, a former member of RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE.
